Below you’ll find quick answers to the questions we receive most often about returning an order from bestwomeninc.com.


1️⃣ Can I change my mind after delivery?

Yes. You have a 14‑day “no‑questions‑asked” window beginning the day the parcel is delivered. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and packaging intact.

2️⃣ Who pays for return shipping?

The buyer pays. Please use a tracked courier and keep your tracking receipt—ownership of the goods remains with you until they arrive safely at our warehouse.

3️⃣ How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we trigger the refund within 2 business days. Your payment provider then needs additional time to post the funds:

4️⃣ Any special note for PayPal users?

Yes—while most PayPal refunds land within 14 days, certain country regulations let PayPal take up to 30 days to complete the transfer. This is outside our control.

5️⃣ How do I start a return?

  1. Email [email protected] within the 14‑day period and include your order number.

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address and packing tips.

  3. Ship the item back and email us the tracking link.

  4. We’ll inspect the package and issue your refund per the timeline above.

6️⃣ What can’t be returned?

  • Requests made after the 14‑day window.

  • Items that show wear, washing, stains, missing parts, or damage.

  • Custom items or products marked Final Sale / Non‑Returnable.
